Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the JJ Cosmetic Clinic (“JJCC”) Membership, VIP and Prestige VIP Programs. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to all clients aged 18 years and over.
JJCC reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate membership at its discretion.
Membership is personal and strictly non-transferable.

2. Membership Tiers & Criteria

JJCC Member

Available to all clients upon joining.
Benefits:
- 5% rewards on services & products.

JJCC VIP

Qualification: $5,000 annual spend total OR $2,000 annual spend on products with quarterly subscription.
Benefits:
- 5% rewards on services & products.
- 15% discount on skincare products.
- Complimentary quarterly (x1) Repair–Restore–Regenerate Facial Program (value up to $1,880 per year).
- Early access to new treatments & products.
- Exclusive invitations to events.
- Two gift vouchers valued at $100 each for family or friends. (yearly)
- Life coaching for skincare.
- Complimentary annual skin analysis.

JJCC Prestige VIP

Qualification: $10,000+ annual spend with quarterly product subscription.
Benefits:
- 5% rewards on services & products.
- 15% discount on skincare products.
- Complimentary monthly (x1) Repair–Restore–Regenerate Facial Program (value up to $5,640 per year).
- Early access to new treatments & products.
- Exclusive invitations to events.
- Five gift vouchers valued at $100 each for family or friends. (yearly)
- Life coaching for skincare.
- Complimentary annual skin analysis.

Membership status—VIP or Prestige VIP—will be determined at the end of each month, and members will be notified personally.

3. Points & Rewards

Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on services and products.
2000 points = $100 credit, redeemable towards any service or product.
Points are redeemable only in-store and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

4. Expiry & Maintenance

Membership tier status is valid for 12 months from the date of qualification.
To maintain your tier, you must meet the annual spend requirement within the 12-month period.
Points expire 24 months from the date of issue if not redeemed.
Complimentary facials must be redeemed within the designated term (quarterly or monthly). They cannot be rolled over.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed within the calendar year of issue.

5. Non-Transferability

Membership, benefits, and points are personal to the registered client and cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted.
Gift vouchers provided under VIP and Prestige VIP are transferable only to family and friends, as specified.

6. General Conditions

JJCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, membership tiers, or benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
Misuse of the program, including fraudulent activity, may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of points.
By joining, you consent to JJCC contacting you with updates, offers, and program-related communication, in line with our Privacy Policy.
